For over 5 years I have been helping people achieve their fitness goals with EMS training. Each 20-minute session replaces 2–3 hours in a regular gym. I believe in a personalised approach — there are no "standard programmes" in my studio, only programmes that fit you personally.

Over 5+ years I have conducted more than 2,000 personal training sessions, working with clients of all fitness levels — from beginners to athletes. Key areas: weight correction, injury rehabilitation, competition preparation, anti-cellulite programmes. I regularly attend international advanced training courses.
